Nutrition and Support for Every Season

From Fertility to Menopause, and Everything Between. Evidenced-based guidance for nourishment, resilience, and healing - wherever you are. It’s not just one moment - it’s a thread of transitions. We’re here to support you through each one.

The Nourished Way

At The Nourished Thread, our approach is grounded in compassion, clinical expertise, and whole-person care.

Led by registered dietitian Sarah Brunton, this space was created to support women through every season of reproductive and hormonal health - from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum, loss, and menopause. With over a decade of experience in both clinical and public health nutrition, Sarah brings a balance of science and softness to each step of your journey.

We believe in:

  • Evidence-based care tailored to your unique body and stage of life

  • Gentle, realistic strategies that honor your lived experience

  • Inclusive, non-judgmental support - always

In today’s world of information overload, it’s easy to feel confused about nutrition. While there are many well-intentioned sources online, it’s important to know that anyone can call themselves a nutritionist - but only dietitians are legally regulated, university-trained healthcare professionals. Dietitians are the gold standard for evidence-based advice, especially important when it comes to women’s health and hormonal nutrition.

This site is packed with information - and while some messages repeat, that’s by design. It’s here to help you move through each stage with clarity and confidence. Take what’s helpful, when it feels right. There’s no need for perfection - nourishment is something you can come back to, again and again.

This is where your story is heard, and your hormones are understood - because your nutritional needs are as individual as you are.
